SC Reeves founded The Galaxy Mindset Leadership (TGM) in 2021 as a platform to provide coaching services to individuals navigating the personal and professional challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. Since its inception, TGM has experienced steady, organic growth, leading Reeves to expand its reach to a wider audience.

Recognizing the value of collaboration with small businesses in Northern Indiana, Reeves envisions creating job opportunities for middle and high school students through work-based learning programs by 2028. This forward-thinking initiative considers the increasing influence of AI and automation in the workforce, ensuring young professionals are equipped with the skills needed to thrive in the evolving job market.

Reeves holds a master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with a specialization in Executive Coaching from Walden University, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications from Indiana University-Bloomington.
